Off-plan residential in Nigeria with a proven track record of 30-90% net returns across 23 units. Deep developer relationships, rigorous on-the-ground verification, and process-driven risk management in low-transparency environments.
Select opportunities in high-growth US secondary markets. Our North American base provides access to the deepest LP capital pools and a stable regulatory environment for fund operations and investor relations.
